In June 2024, three storytellers collaborated to create a new piece of mythology to lay over a section of the River Lea, between Clapton and Tottenham. Commissioned by Revoluton Arts, this whimsical experience invited participants to walk along a stretch of the river, encountering a series of mysterious characters, each with a story to tell.

The projects serves as a creative experiment in co-creating narratives with a local community, collecting contemporary stories from queer, punk, anarchist, anti-racist and boat-living communities around the river, weaving them together with ancient folklore to imagine new place-based oral storytelling traditions.
